These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 4k44 ("4k44", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 4k44 website located at https://4k44.io, including all associated services, features, content, and functionality offered through the platform.

By completing the registration process, depositing funds, placing a bet, playing a game, or otherwise using any part of the 4k44 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions that may be communicated to you separately at the time of a particular offer or activity.

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity acting through a nominee) registering and using the account in your own name.

4k44 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility — including age verification documents such as a valid national identity card, passport, or driving licence — at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe specified by 4k44 will result in account suspension and, where applicable, the withholding of withdrawals pending resolution.

To access the full range of services available on the 4k44 platform, including depositing funds, placing bets, and withdrawing winnings, you must complete the account registration process. During registration, you will be required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number.

You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. 4k44 reserves the right to verify the information provided at any time and may request supporting documentation to do so. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Each player is permitted to maintain only one registered account on the 4k44 platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where 4k44 identifies duplicate accounts, all associated accounts may be suspended and any balances withheld pending investigation. 4k44's determination of whether accounts constitute duplicates is final.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that the contact details associated with your account remain accurate and up to date. 4k44 will use the contact information on file to send account-related communications, security alerts, and, where you have opted in, promotional materials. Failure to maintain accurate contact details may affect your ability to access account recovery features.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party, and you must not permit any other person to access the platform using your account. 4k44 strongly recommends that you use a unique, complex password and enable two-factor authentication where available.

In the event that you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, or that an unauthorised third party has accessed your account, you must notify 4k44 customer support immediately via the live chat facility available on the platform. 4k44 will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receipt of such notification, but cannot be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access that occurred prior to notification.

Any activity conducted through your account — including deposits, bets placed, and withdrawal requests — will be treated as having been carried out by you. 4k44 will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure, unless 4k44 has been negligent in its own security obligations.

All financial transactions on the 4k44 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). 4k44 supports the following payment methods for deposits: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

The minimum deposit amount on the 4k44 platform is ৳500 for first-time and subsequent deposits unless a different minimum is specified in connection with a particular bonus or promotional offer. 4k44 does not impose a standard maximum deposit limit, but reserves the right to apply limits to individual accounts where required for security, compliance, or responsible gaming purposes.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account or instrument that belongs to you personally. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are credited to your 4k44 account balance in real time or as promptly as the payment channel allows. Any delays caused by the payment provider are outside 4k44's control.
• 4k44 does not charge a fee for processing deposits, but your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. You are responsible for any such third-party fees.
• Deposited funds may not earn interest. 4k44 holds player funds in accounts separated from its operational funds.

Players may request a withdrawal of available funds from their 4k44 account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in these Terms. Where this is not technically possible, 4k44 will contact the player to agree on an alternative method.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, 4k44 may require the player to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) by submitting one or more of the following: a government-issued photo identity document (national identity card, passport, or driving licence), proof of residential address (a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and confirmation of the ownership of the payment method being used.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 unless otherwise specified.
• Withdrawal requests submitted before 10:00 PM BST (UTC+6) on any day will generally be processed within 24 hours, subject to verification requirements.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied in full before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn.

Players found to be abusing the bonus system — including through the creation of multiple accounts, the use of betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, or collusion with other players — will have their bonuses voided and may have their accounts suspended.

All bets placed on the 4k44 sports betting platform and all games played in the 4k44 casino are subject to the applicable game or sport-specific rules in addition to these Terms. With respect to sports betting, the following general rules apply:

• Bets are final and binding once confirmed. A bet cannot be amended or cancelled after it has been accepted by the platform.
• 4k44 reserves the right to void any bet where it was accepted as a result of an obvious error in the odds (a "palpable error") or where the event to which the bet relates is subsequently found to have been subject to match-fixing or manipulation.
• In the event of a sporting event being postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport rules published on the platform.
• Winnings from settled bets are credited to the player's account balance promptly following official confirmation of the result.
• 4k44 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or potential payout on any betting market at its sole discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 4k44 platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of any account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of, or for the benefit of, another person.

4k44 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to pass identity verification or age verification checks.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of the platform.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring 4k44 to restrict or close the account.
• Account inactivity in excess of 12 consecutive months, in which case 4k44 will attempt to contact you before closing the account and will return any remaining balance to your registered payment method.

Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting 4k44 customer support via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method. Account closure for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion — will be processed with priority and take effect immediately upon request.

The 4k44 name, logo, and all related marks, designs, and slogans are trademarks of 4k44 and may not be used in connection with any other product or service without the prior written consent of 4k44.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to resell or make commercial use of the platform or its contents, to collect and use any product listings or descriptions, to download or copy account information for the benefit of another party, or to use data mining, robots, or similar data gathering tools.

Any unauthorised use of the platform or its content automatically terminates the licence granted in these Terms and may expose you to civil and criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 4k44 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.

4k44 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, free of errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 4k44 makes every reasonable effort to maintain platform availability and accuracy, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues beyond 4k44's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 4k44's liability for death or personal injury resulting from its own negligence, or for any other matter for which it would be unlawful to exclude or limit liability. In all other cases, 4k44's aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 4k44 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

4k44 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and is available at https://4k44.io/privacy-policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
